Two-Electrode System Chlorine Dioxide Sensor For All Water Treatment

Two-Electrode System Chlorine Dioxide Sensor For All Water Treatment

Two-electrode system Chlorine Dioxide sensor CD10.1 Specially used to measure the concentration of chlorine dioxide in water. Used for used in all water treatment, mechanically strong membrane system, resistant to surfactants, high resistance to chemicals, optional range 0~0.5/2/5/10/20/200ppm.

The Amperometric Two-Electrode Chlorine Dioxide Sensor CD10.1 is used to detect chlorine dioxide in water and is widely used in water treatment, industrial wastewater monitoring and other fields. The following are the advantages and all functional features of this sensor:
High selectivity: It has high specificity for chlorine dioxide and can effectively avoid interference from other oxidizing substances.
High sensitivity: The sensor can detect low concentrations of chlorine dioxide in water, suitable for a variety of water quality conditions, and ensure accurate measurement results.
Quick response: The sensor can detect changes in chlorine dioxide concentration in a very short time, suitable for occasions where fast feedback is required.
Long-term stability: The coating protects the electrode from the influence of pollutants in the water, prolongs the service life of the sensor, and enables it to work stably for a long time.
Low maintenance requirements: The coating technology reduces electrode contamination, reduces the need for frequent cleaning and calibration, and reduces maintenance costs and workload.
Economical: Due to its long life and simple maintenance, it has a low cost of use and is suitable for long-term deployment in automatic monitoring systems.

    Functional features:
Two-electrode system: The sensor uses a working electrode and a reference electrode to drive the electrochemical reaction through a potential difference to measure the redox current of chlorine dioxide in water.
Coating technology: The electrode surface of the sensor is covered with a breathable membrane, which only allows chlorine dioxide to pass through and react with the electrode, while isolating other pollutants in the water, reducing electrode contamination and extending the service life of the sensor.
Real-time online monitoring: The sensor is suitable for continuous online monitoring of chlorine dioxide in water, and can provide real-time feedback of water quality information around the clock to ensure the accuracy and reliability of process control.
Temperature compensation function: Some sensors are equipped with temperature compensation function, which can maintain the accuracy of measurement under different temperature environments and avoid errors caused by temperature fluctuations.
Low power consumption: Ampere sensors have low power consumption and are suitable for long-term use, especially in automated monitoring systems with limited power supply.
Anti-pollution design: In addition to coating protection, some sensors also adopt a special design that can work under complex water quality conditions, have stronger anti-fouling properties, and reduce the impact of floating objects or sediments.
Wide range of application scenarios: The sensor can be used in all water treatment industries to monitor the disinfection effect and residual amount of chlorine dioxide in water.

In general, the ampere coating two-electrode chlorine dioxide sensor combines the characteristics of high sensitivity, fast response, long-term stability and low maintenance requirements, and is suitable for accurate detection and long-term monitoring in various water qualities.
